On a cold snowy February day in 2009 an abandoned dog was found by one of our Volunteers. He was malnourished, suffering from open wounds, mange and heart worms. Several trips to the vet and months of loving care later he was a healthy happy dog.
What else could he be named, but Lucky?!
Today he is happy in his fur-ever home.
